Home

We completed 15 flights with eight airlines, covering 30,782 miles and 73 flight hours. We visited 20 cities across eight countries, each with its own currency and charm.

When we got home, the house was exactly as we’d left it a little more than a week ago. No magic fairies had cleaned it.

Pooka, our bunny, was thrilled to see us. (I think he was mostly excited that he’d be getting his daily treats again.)

Our suitcases are finally unpacked, but our minds are still traveling—back to the laughter, the landscapes, and the quiet surprises. Until the next big adventure, we’ll keep exploring closer to home.

The round-the-world trip has come full circle, but the compass hasn’t stopped spinning.

Traditionally, I’ve taken a big trip every other year: Istanbul and Italy two years ago, Dubai and India two years before that.

Every great journey ends with a return home, but wanderlust never really lands. The passports will stay within reach, and curiosity will always be switched on. Two years from now, who knows where we’ll go—but imagining it will be half the joy.

In the meantime, we’ll have plenty of small adventures.

Hope you’ve enjoyed sharing them with us!
